- file reviews on new move-in files for two years (at no charge)
- discounted prices on handicap accessibility reviews, energy audits and capital needs assessments
We will arrange for a representative from your company to attend, at no charge, one of our live trainings to evaluate its quality. By previewing our training sessions, you will realize that Zeffert & Associates' training programs and trainers are indeed the best in the industry. In addition, access to our on-line on-demand training will be provided to give you a sampling of our on-line products. Two years of unlimited access to our online training will give your team continuous and up-to-date compliance training.
We want you to be delighted with our service and will hold annual consultations to evaluate how well the program is performing. If certain pieces of the package are not a great fit for your company, Zeffert & Associates will work to accommodate your needs.
We would very much like to do business with you. Our program offers you all of the above services at an affordable $22/unit per year. However, all your properties must be entered into the program to qualify. Sign your contract today and you will lock in that price for the next two (2) years.
