Jeffrey has served as Zeffert’s first permanent Chief Executive Officer since the retirement of its founder in 2014. Under his leadership, Zeffert has sold and produced its largest volumes in the company’s history by forging strong client relationships and working hands-on in each department. Emphasizing value-adding services while maintaining focus on speed and quality turnaround times, every business unit has evolved and now grown to serve more partners nationwide than ever before.
Jeffrey believes every associate is a driving force for growth and he directly participates in all hiring and development decisions. Along with unwavering commitments to being mission-forward and total success, his strategy is ultimately to enable the profitability of Zeffert's clients so they may in turn provide an abundance of decent, safe, and sanitary housing in their communities.
Jeffrey holds the HCCP designation and a Master’s Degree in Business.
Debbie has more than twenty years of experience ranging from accountant to controller and most recently as the CFO of Zeffert. Some of Debbie’s notable contributions at Zeffert include dramatic reductions in project related costs through strategic analysis and planning as well as co-leading a multiyear IT overhaul yielding enhanced systems reliability.
Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
