Carol Rathman

 Manager - Compliance Department

Carol began her career in the affordable housing industry twenty years ago as a leasing consultant working her way to Property Manager, Compliance Specialist and Senior Property Manager prior to her arrival at Zeffert & Associates as the assistant manager. Following the retirement of the department’s manager, Carol was promoted to manager to oversee the Compliance Department's operations, file management, contract development, and onsite audit coordination. Together with the Quality Assurance Specialist, Carol ensures that clients' assets are protected through compliance with the intricate restrictions with which they may be required to adhere. Speed in file turnaround times are an essential component of her department's mission in order to uphold Zeffert's reputation as being the best and the fastest in the industry.

Meet the Founder

Robert H. Zeffert

Bob was the managing partner of Zeffert & Associates from the time he founded the company in 1994 until his retirement and sale of the company in 2014. He oversaw all development and strategic planning. He also used his knowledge in database development and system design to improve efficiencies and profitability. Everyone at Zeffert wishes Bob a happy retirement!
