This webinar will discuss understanding the minimum set-aside (MSA) options as listed on the 8609 including the new Average Income (MSA).  We will discuss the importance for an owner to meet the minimum set-aside, and the tax credit consequence if it is not met.  Also highlighted will be the definition of a project, calculating the minimum set-aside options, and how to apply the available unit rule at an Average Income project.
