Join our Trainer Ronnette Smith while she provides information to successfully house those in need of LIHTC housing. This LIHTC course is our in-depth 2 day training followed by the optional closed book Housing Credit Certified Professional exam (HCCP) exam. This exam is developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is proctored on day 3. Our trainer will provide a thorough review of the regulations, along with a wealth of practical application and solid instruction on vital tax credit management issues. All new major changes are covered.
Each attendee who completes this course will receive a certificate of attendance which includes 14 hours of continuing education. Your HCCP exam results will be sent to you directly from the NAHB within 4 to 6 weeks from their receipt of exams via mail.

Substitute personnel or credits toward future public Zeffert & Associates trainings are allowed for up to 1 year. Private groups who sponsor training and handle their own registration may not accept credit for trainings for which Zeffert & Associates originally received payment. In rare instances, trainings may be canceled or rescheduled. Although a full refund of the registration fee will be made in such cases, Zeffert & Associates is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non-refundable airline tickets. Payment must be received prior to class in order to attend the class. There will be a $30 charge for all Returned Checks.
