Essentials of the HUD Program: Preparing for a Management Occupancy Review

Learn the essential components of a Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) for HUD subsidized properties. This class will walk you through Form HUD-9834, which establishes the seven categories that HUD staff or a Contract Administrator will evaluate. Each category is described in detail, as are the document requirements for the property and each tenant file.

• Best practices to prepare for an MOR
