Learn about the Enterprise Income Verification system (EIV) used for HUD-subsidized properties. The covered topics are pulled from HUD Handbook 4350.3 and include where EIV data originates, how to safely store the reports, and details about the 11 different reports: their purposes, when they are run, how long they are kept and in which files. Additional issues include data correction, repayment of assistance and fraud.
