Learn how to apply the updates to your project, along with how to calculate the applicable fraction and meet the average income test. Additional topics include IRS Form 8609 and the record keeping and reporting requirements.

Essentials of LIHTC: Average Income MSA Practical Application Workshop

Once you learn the concepts of the 2022 final guidance for the average income MSA, put that knowledge to use with common examples encountered at most properties. In this intermediate-level class, you will apply the concepts in different scenarios and workshops, ranging from Credit Year 1 qualification to how VAWA protections affect average income properties.

Time: Approximately 1 hour

Level: Intermediate 

Target Audience: Owners/Agents, Syndicators, Developers

Once this two part class is completed, you will receive a certificate of attendance with two hours of continuing education.
