This is the second class in a series of 3 classes that comprise the LIHTC course. You will learn how to navigate the different types of earned and unearned income to be sure your calculations are spot on. It’s also important to be sure you know whose income to count so you stay within the income requirements.

Essentials of LIHTC Class C - Assets $95
This is the final class in a series of 3 that comprise the LIHTC course. During this final class we will discuss the different types of assets that may or may not be counted as income when determining the outcome of a certification. Once all the information is complete and approved you then move to completing the TIC for a new move in or a recertification which is also discussed in this class.

Housing Compliance Manager of Tax Credit "HCM-TC" Exam $70
The Housing Compliance Manager of Tax Credits designation exam is designed to help you take the next step in your career to successfully work as a tax credit professional for qualifying households. This 30 question exam is open-book. The class manuals from the Essentials of LIHTC course will be useful to have on hand when taking this exam. A score of 67% is required to pass.
