The purpose of our HUD eLearning classes are to provide information for all interested personnel to successfully provide housing under the 4350.3 HUD handbook regulations.
Class A: Introduction 4350.3 Chapter 1 and 3 - $95
This is the first class of 6 in the Essentials of the HUD program course, Identifying Eligible Residents. Chapters 1 and 3 of the HUD handbook 4350.3 are covered. It provides an introduction to HUD, its regulations and handbooks. We also discusses HUD's program and project eligibility rule.
Time: approximately 1 hour

Class B: Identifying Eligible Residents 4350.3 Chapter - $95
This is the second class in the Essentials of the HUD Program course, Identifying Eligible Residents. It’s important to understand HUD's application and waiting list procedures to be sure your approval process is smooth from the start. Chapter 4 of the HUD handbook 4350.3 is covered.
Class C: Earned and Unearned income 4350.3 Chapter 5 and 1 - $95
This is the third class in the Essentials of the HUD Program course, Identifying Eligible Residents. We will provide a thorough discussion on HUD's income calculation guidelines, including earned, unearned income, and asset income. Parts of chapter 5 of the HUD handbook 4350.3 are covered.
Class D: Asset Income and Verification Procedures 4350.3 Chapter 5 part 2 - $95
This is the fourth class in the Essentials of the HUD Program course, Identifying Eligible Residents. We will discuss the different types of assets that may or may not be counted as income when determining the outcome of a certification. Part of chapter 5 and 2 of the HUD handbook are covered.
Class E: Lease Requirements and Leasing Activity 4350.3 chapter 6 and 7 - $95
This is the fifth class in the Essentials of the HUD Program course, Identifying Eligible Residents. This class provides a discussion of HUD's leasing and recertification rules. Chapters 6 and 7 of the HUD handbook 4350.3 are covered.
Class F: Termination and EIV Reports 4350.3 Chapter 8, 9 and 2 - $95
This is the final class in the Essentials of the HUD Program course, Identifying Eligible Residents. We will discuss HUD's termination, EIV, TRACS and civil rights requirements. Chapters 8, 9 and 2 of the HUD handbook 4350.3 are covered.

Housing Compliance Manager of HUD “HCM-H” Designation Exam - $75
The Housing Compliance Manager of HUD “HCM-H” designation exam is designed to help you take the next step in your career to successfully work as a HUD professional. This 100 question exam is open-book. The class manuals from the Essentials of HUD course will be useful to have on hand when taking this exam. A score of 67% is required to pass.
Time: 3 hour limit
