Files are uploaded to a secure Client Portal for electronic review. The portal is available 24/7 for uploading files, checking file review status, and producing reports.
Zeffert & Associates will provide you with ongoing file review services to ensure your files are in full compliance. Rush files will be reviewed and delivered by the end of the next business day and regular files by the end of the second business day. Clients also have the option of sending tenant files in bulk. By choosing this option, the bulk of the property’s files are provided upfront and a report is delivered within three to four weeks of receipt. Files are scanned and uploaded by the client into our secure Client Portal for review.
