Under the strategy of its founder, Bob Zeffert, the company grew an average of 20% year-over-year. After twenty years Bob retired and new leadership adapted his successful legacy with modernized goals and technology.
Consecutively since 2015, Zeffert has served the affordable housing industry more than any prior year in its history by achieving record levels of production and sales. As the only permanent Chief Executive Officer since Bob passed the torch, Jeffrey Promnitz credits this quickly scaled growth to more than new tools, it's the people.
