This HR Manager has responsibilities that include the recruitment, hiring, and development of all Associates, as well as serving certain administration functions such as payroll and benefits. The ideal person is motivated by making impactful decisions and draws energy from working in fast-paced environments. This position is extremely rewarding for individuals that thrive on directly feeling the impact of their work. The HR Manager also works closely with the CEO and has considerable decision-making authority. If you enjoy travel, getting out from behind a desk, enjoy seeing projects come to life, and have a keen attention to detail, then being an Inspector might be your next career. Complete initial training is available for those without specific experience coming into the job and continuing education is always provided. Many skills are easily transferrable into this job such as, property maintenance, construction-related trades, and even having building hobbies. The Inspector is on a team that reviews blueprints and walks the corresponding properties to verify that all details of construction are in accordance with building codes, health and safety responsibilities, and Fair Housing regulations.

This position is an expert auditor for resident files to determine move-in eligibility according to respective funding restrictions such as LIHTC, HUD, RD, and HOME. Most commonly, audits are conducted electronically via a secured web-based portal. Some Compliance Specialists travel to conduct audits on premises at the client's location. Training and continuing education are provided.
