Inspector [Open - accepting applications]

This position is responsible for performing specialized inspections of single and multi-family residential dwellings to determine physical condition, necessary repairs, and conformity with applicable federal and state rules and regulations. The Inspector must learn and maintain thorough knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing, and the Housing and Urban Development's Real Estate Assessment Center program and regulations.
Compliance Specialist [Closed - accepting applications for future consideration]

This position is an expert auditor for resident file reviews to determine move-in eligibility according to respective funding restrictions such as LIHTC, HUD, RD, and HOME. Most commonly, audits are conducted electronically via a secured web-based portal. Some Compliance Specialists travel to conduct audits on premises at the client's location, depending on skillset and interest. Attention to detail, time management and decision making skills are important traits to be successful.
Trainer [Open - Accepting applications]
The Trainer is responsible for facilitating live and webinar-based learning sessions both to clients and Zeffert's Associates. Most notably, the Trainer is an exceptional public speaker and able to connect with students in a way that facilitates teaching in a variety of ways in order to accomododate diverse learning needs. The Trainer contributes to content development and must be viewed as a master of program regulations.
