Welcome Letter from Jeffrey Promnitz, CEO

The demand for affordable housing is high.  Our Mission is to serve multifamily providers - the owners, developers, management companies, and governments - with the best and fastest compliance services in the industry.  I like to put it this way, the providers supply the housing, the families create a community, and Zeffert makes all of it accessible so it reaches the right families in a way that is profitable to the providers.

We are achieving the Mission, no doubt about it (our reputation speaks for itself), and because it is bold, it means we never stop trying to outperform even ourselves.  This is where awesome people come into play and why (besides the Mission) our biggest goal is to be the Best Place to Work.  The strongest performances come from those that love doing what they do.  For our Associates, this isn't just a job.  Each of us believes in the value of our individual work and the power of a team.

It begins with finding applicants that will love being here.  Not everyone is hired when they first apply, sometimes it takes more than one try or gaining additional experience.  Wages are competitive.  Time off and company holidays are paid and above average.  There is a full range of benefits (the company pays for much of them) and there is 100% matching on 401k contributions. Every employee is eligible for the Associate Recognition Plan, which is a quarterly cash bonus (it is generous so you must work the entire quarter, i.e. don't start on the last day and expect a bonus on others' work).

At the end of the interviewing process, you become an Associate because of who you are, not just what you bring to the table.  Take a look at our openings.  Even if you don't find what you are looking for, send me your resume and what you want to do.  If you're great, we'll see it.  I'm glad that you're here.
