Compliance Department Manager

New management opportunity is now open to accommodate the fast-paced growth of the department! This management position serves in a supervisory capacity to oversee a team of Compliance Specialists that perform household eligibility audits and reviews. This position delivers best-in-class customer service, and ensures operations are efficient. The manager serves an important role by participating in strategic development, actively managing contracts, monitoring quality assurance, and supporting a team of highly skilled Compliance Specialists.

This position is an expert auditor for resident files to determine move-in eligibility according to respective funding restrictions such as LIHTC, HUD, RD, and HOME. Most commonly, audits are conducted electronically via a secured web-based portal. Some Compliance Specialists travel to conduct audits on premises at the client's location. Training and continuing education are provided. Supplemental and expert training is provided regularly to all Compliance Specialists.
