Fred Donnell

Fred is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Inspections for Capital Needs Assessments, 504 Transition Plans, Uniform Physical Needs Assessments, and REAC. His chief responsibility is to ensure the department upholds its strong reputation in the speed and quality of inspections for clients. Fred has 28 years of experience in sales, operations, and inspections, all of which contribute to the priorities of the department.
