Ronnette is a Senior Trainer and affordable housing expert at Zeffert University, the educational division of Zeffert & Associates. Her experience spans multiple program types, varying training disciplines to effectively meet each student, and the management of conducting both small sessions and large seminars.  Organizations frequently request Ronnette for the training needs of their employees and her schedule can be expected to be booked six months in advance. In 2022, Ronnette was selected as the National Association of Homebuilders “HCCP Designee of the Year”.

Ronnette is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and holds multiple affordable housing designation including the HCCP, HCM-R, CPO, and FHC designations.
