Discrimination lawsuits are common therefore it’s important you know the federal regulations of the Fair Housing Act to make sure you are never involved in one. Today we will focus on the application of current Fair Housing guidance and suggested strategies for treating everyone fairly and consistently for effective compliance.
This course is essential for those who are seasoned or new to the housing industry. Attendees will receive a course manual and an electronic copy of their certificate of attendance for three hours of continuing education credits.
