The purpose of our Fair Housing eLearning class is to provide information for all interested personnel to successfully provide housing in accordance with fair housing law and principle. In 1776 the Declaration of Independence was established. Housing is clearly involved in the pursuit of happiness so it’s extremely important for everyone in the housing industry to understand Fair Housing laws and regulations.

The Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan - $45
The purpose of this training is to provide information for all interested personnel to successfully prepare an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan or AFHMP. The AFHMP is designed to help ensure that housing providers offer equal housing opportunities regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability. In addition, it will assist owners or agents in effectiely marketing the availability of housing opportunities to individauls of both minority and non-minority groups that are least likely to apply for occupancy.
Time: approximately 30 minutes
Housing Compliance Manager of Fair Housing "HCM-FH" Designation Exam - $70
The Housing Compliance Manager of Fair Housing “HCM-FH” designation exam is designed to help you take the next step in your career towards becoming a Fair Housing professional. This 40 question exam is open-book. The class manual from the Essentials of Fair Housing and AFHMP courses will be useful to have on hand when taking this exam. A score of 67% is required to pass.
